Are you a podcast creator? Do you listen to podcasts? Either way, you probably realize the importance of quality audio. I listen to many podcasts and shared three of my favorites in a post to this blog in 2020.

My wife started a podcast in mid-2020. It’s titled Story~Power and can be found on Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Spotify, or in your favorite podcatching app. You can also find it on her website, Sage Woman Chronicles. She has well over 100 episodes in the can and has done it all herself from planning, scheduling guests, interviewing, creating theme music in Apple’s GarageBand, recording, editing, and posting. Well, I did help a little on some technical aspects, but she has been a one-woman powerhouse of a podcaster for over four years and coming up on 15 years as a content creator (blogger).

All the time she’s been podcasting she’s used an over-the-ears USB headset with microphone by VTIN. She thought it was about time to get a more professional microphone for her future podcasting ambitions. So I did a little research, read some reviews, got some recommendations, and found a reasonably-priced desktop microphone. She agreed to do the unboxing for my blog and YouTube channel.
